At Iris Galerie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and art pieces. If your purchase doesn't perfectly complement your space, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original protective gallery packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous labels.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned artwork, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
